The Downriver Community Band is giving the gift of song withits annual Christmas concert. It's a free show, held 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18, at Christ the King Lutheran Church in Southgate. A variety of music will be performed. A reception will follow, with punch and cookies served.
