It's time for the Great Pumpkin Festival. Parks & Recreation invites the community to help break a record for the most lit jack-o-lanterns in one location, all for a good cause. DTE will donate $1 for every lit pumpkin and proceeds go to First Step Domestic Violence Center.
Guests can choose to carve pumpkins on site beginning at 10 a.m. or bring their carved pumpkins to the Cultural Center beginning at 3 p.m.
DTE COMMUNITY NITE LITE begins at 6 p.m. with official count announced at 7 p.m.
