Delight in fashion with a flair and purpose! Our vintage/handmade fashion show at the Rust Belt will benefit Handbags of Hope, a charity providing gently used/new handbags filled with functional items to victims of domestic violence.
What items do you find essential in your handbag? You can help restore a woman's pride and dignity by donating a handbag and/or the things most of us have with us all the time: manicure set, purse size combs and hair brushs, lip balms, hand lotions, wallets, small memo pads. Also nice are perfume samples, travel size shampoos, deodorant, toothbrush and toothpaste, etc.
Items to fill the handbags are particularly needed this time of year. Won't you join us?
