The Friends of the Detroit River will host a free workshop on Tuesday, May 20 at 6:30pm at its office in Taylor located at 20600 Eureka Road, Suite 313. The workshop will provide participants with a better understanding of the organization, Great Lakes Restoration Initiative projects coordinated on Belle Isle and the river, and volunteer opportunities for those that want to become more involved with restoring and protecting the Detroit River.
