Kennedy Restaurant to Amp Up Entertainment, Menu for Summer

It's no secret. Activity at the Kennedy Recreation Center tends to drop during the summer months.

In anticipation of the dog days of summer, Legends 1926 Bar and Grill, located on the second floor of Kennedy, management have added new menu items and cleared out a space for live music.

Patrons can enjoy acoustic Saturdays in June and July with a long line-up of live music. All shows begin at 9 p.m.

Musical acts include:

• Shane LaMay on June 22.
• Thigh High Roots Unplugged on June 29.
• Christina & Joey of Kaleido on July 6.
• Christina & Joey of Kaleido on July 13.
• Mike Leslie on July 20.
• Cheyenne Goff of Half Light Music July 27.
