At a glance: Last summer, Chad Hamilton was in a battle for the starting job at quarterback and was unsure where he'd be on the field come opening kickoff. In this, his senior year, there's no question. It's his offense.
A three-sport standout athlete, Hamilton also plays basketball and baseball. He suffered a torn meniscus against Wyandotte midway through the basketball season and played through it. After Trenton fell in the district championship game, surgery on his knee kept him out of baseball season, but he says the knee is now fully healed.

On last season: "I felt I didn't really get settled in (as quarterback) until the last few games. But this year, I feel a lot more confident."
On upcoming season: "I expect us to make the playoffs. Win 6 games. Win the D-league (Downriver League)."
Plans after school: "I'm hoping I get a scholarship in basketball or football and I want to study sports marketing."
