Trenton Soroptimists host prom and homecoming dress re-sale.

Soroptimist International of Trenton Area is hosting a prom and homecoming dress re-sale on Sunday, February 24 from 1:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M. at the Westfield Activities Center, 2700 Westfield (next to the Trenton Library). Local teen girls will be able to purchase gently used or new dresses in current styles in a multitude of sizes at deeply discounted prices.

Donate your clean gowns and dresses (any style, length, or size). Please deliver them on hangers, and be sure to note the size. Instinct Salon, 25471 Telegraph Road in Brownstown is the first drive-through, drop-off location, between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 27. Another drop off will be available at Bearclaw Coffee Company, 24146 Sibley Road, Brownstown, on Sunday, February 17, between 1:00 P.M. – 3:00 P.M.

All contributions are tax deductible. Proceeds will be shared with Becca’s Closet, a national, non-profit organization for teen who need help to have a great dance experience.

The Trenton Soroptimist organization meets on the first and third Tuesdays of the month at TV’s Grand Event, 2651 W. Jefferson in Trenton. All women are welcome to attend.
