Trenton's Fodor a Force in Classroom, on Mound

Whiz Kid:  Ellie Fodor

Age: 18

Accomplishments: This senior has made the most of her high school days both inside the classroom and out. 

Fodor is graduating with a 3.99 grade point average and will be the school's salutatorian. She is a member of the National Honor Society, French National Honor Society, French Club and Interact Club, and is a Quiz Bowl participant.

Outside the classroom, Fodor is a force on the mound for the Trojans. As the team's ace pitcher, she currently holds three school softball records for most strikeouts, most wins and most innings pitched. Last year she finished the season with a 0.427 earned run average. 

Fodor will attend the Massachusetts Institute of Technology next fall to continue her academic and softball careers.

Key to Success: "If you surround yourself with good people, work hard and have a sense of humor, you're bound to be successful," said Fodor.
