AT&T Ranks Highest in Wireless Purchase Experience Study
J.D. Power, with offices in Troy, gives the company the honor for six consecutive times.
J.D. Power, which has offices in Troy, gave AT&T top marks in the 2016 Full Service Wireless Purchase Experience Study, released Thursday.
The tech company outscored other wireless providers for the sixth consecutive time in this category, which measures several factors, including in-person interaction with a store sales rep or a phone rep.
More than 11,000 U.S. wireless customers took part in the study from July 2015 to December 2015.

“Customers come to AT&T for their connected life needs, whether that’s a smartphone, TV, home or integrated entertainment experience,” said Glenn Lurie, president and CEO, AT&T Mobility. “These superior services plus the extraordinary care we give our customers on a one-on-one basis so each and every interaction yields that experience our customers seek.”
This is the sixth consecutive time AT&T has received the honor, doled out twice a year.
