Calendar Item: IHS Analyst to Present “Automotive Industry Outlook: Opportunities and Risks”

Mike Wall, director of automotive analysis at IHS Automotive, will present “Automotive Industry Outlook: Opportunities and Risks,” providing a strategic look at the coming challenges and opportunities for the North American and global automotive markets at the Marketing and Sales Executives of Detroit (MSED) meeting on Thursday, Jan. 29, 2015.

The presentation will focus on the impact of economics, fuel economy requirements, supplier dynamics and influences of new trends such as lightweighting and autonomous driving.

The event will be held at the Management Education Center located at 811 W. Square Lake Road, in Troy. It will begin with a registration and networking session at 5 p.m., dinner at 6 p.m., and presentation and Q & A from 7 to 8 p.m.
