She passed a blood alcohol content test with .000 percent, according to the report, but "performed poorly" on other sobriety tests, according to the report.When they searched her purse, police found nine needles, a spoon with burn marks, and four clear bags containing heroin.The woman was booked on suspicion of possession of heroin, possession of narcotic paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of narcotics.
