Bank associates gather in Troy MI to celebrate women's achievements
On International Women's Day, Bank of America associates gathered at the bank's Troy, MI headquarters to honor women who have broken down barriers and call attention to the work still left to be done. To celebrate the day Bank of America held a "Power Hour of Networking" breakfast. Associates then gathered in the atrium and gave a gesture symbolizing the theme for this year's International Women's Day, "Balance for Better" to indicate the bank’s endeavors to better balance the number of women in leadership positions.
