Community Update

I'm very dissatisfied with the customer service provided by the owner of the business, John. He was very sincere to me when I originally signed up for a tanning package the week before. I visited the salon the following Sunday during normal hours and they closed early with no sign on the door as to why. The salon's hours of operation are not as advertised, they like to choose their own hours instead of what's advertised on the door. When I approached John the following Tuesday about this issue I was expecting an explanation or at least apology for the situation. Instead he was very nasty and had a bad temper. John didn’t bother to apologize or make the situation right, he angrily argued that “this is how I’ve been doing business for 18 years”. John didn’t bother to remedy the situation, apologize or offer a full-refund for my services that I paid for. I highly recommend to avoid this place at all costs because this establishment is not customer service oriented.
