Christians One of Forbes Top 250 Next-Gen Wealth Advisors

Merrill Wealth Management Advisor Nicole Christians has been recognized on the 2019 Forbes list of "Top 250 Next-Gen Wealth Advisors". Christians joined Merrill in 2002 and works with high-net-worth clients on estate, wealth, and tax planning strategies.

Christians is a certified financial planner and holds the chartered retirement planning counselor professional designation. She has been a participant of the Barron’s Top Women Advisors Summit since 2016 and is a founding member of 100 Businesses Who Care and a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners.

As a founding member of Merrill's Advisor Growth Network, Christians sits on the client experience and social media expansion committees. The network consists of a group of 25 Merrill financial advisors from across the county that serve as key consultants to the firm’s senior management on matters relating to practice optimization.

The Forbes Next-Gen Wealth Advisors rankings, developed by SHOOK Research, is based on an algorithm of qualitative criterion, mostly gained through telephone and in-person due diligence interviews, and quantitative data. Those advisors that are considered have a minimum of four years' experience, and the algorithm weighs factors like revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records, industry experience and those that encompass the highest standards of best practices. Portfolio performance is not a criterion due to varying client objectives and lack of audited data.
