Clinton Township Shooting Kills Man: Police

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI — A man was killed Sunday after he was shot several times in a Clinton Township apartment complex, police said.

Clinton Township Police said they found the man shot several times inside the County Squire Apartment Complex at Harper Avenue south of 16 Mile Road around 12:40 p.m.

The injured man was transported to McLaren Hospital in Mt. Clemens, where he died from the gunshot wounds, officials said. Police did not immediately release the man's name.

Officials are investigating the incident and said they will have more information later.
