COME TO THE PASADA AND END THE SEARCH !

A traditional Posada celebration will take place at St. Stephen’s Church in Troy on Dec. 14th at 11:15.  This is a fun Latino tradition that follows “Mary and Joseph” as they search for a place for the birth of Jesus.  They are turned away a few times, but then find a warm and welcoming place where the party begins! 

Traditional music, food, drink, and the required slaying of the piñata (to rid us of any evil) will be highlights of this fun event. 

This will take place immediately after the 10am service that day, so the festivities will start at 11:15.  All are invited to join us for the Posada, or the service, or both.  The church is located at 5500 N. Adams Rd., between South Blvd. and Square Lake Road.

There is no cost to attend.
