East Lansing – The Troy girls cross country team placed second and the boys team placed 16th in the Spartan Invitational meet in East Lansing on Friday.

William Yau led the boys team and took 16th place in the Green Division, running in 16:04.

The girls team was led by Lauren Miller, who placed 26th with a time of 19:38. The girls team placed second to Dearborn Divine Child.
