I was driving on Long Lake just east of Rochester Road my way to Lifetime Fitness Center, and I had a craving for something sweet. When I looked to my right something caught my eye. Ingram’s Fine Candies, nestled between Honey Baked Ham and Steelhouse Tavern. Well, surely they will have something to satisfy my sweet tooth. I joyfully walked into the world of chocolate, carmel, nuts, pretzels and ice cream. As I slowly looked around the store I noticed the cleanliness, openness, the happy flow of colors and all the tasty treats. So many choices where do I start the search? Display after fun display I quickly thought. Why did it take me so long to decide? Well, because of the yummy possibilities before me, that’s why. After surveying all the goodies, I chose the clear plastic wrapped, chocolate, salted carmel apple. It was covered in milk chocolate, drizzled with dark chocolate, under all the chocolate, a layer of salted carmel was to be found and a sprinkling of nuts at the base. Once the sugary treat was in my hand, I decided this would be perfect. Before I eat this happiness before me, I had to work out. So after my workout, I returned home, unwrapped my apple, placed it on a plate, and looked at how pretty it truly was. After a moment I begin the journey to satisfy my craving. My first bite was as good as my last bite. All the flavors worked perfectly together, which made me smile. It truly satisfied my sweet tooth. Thank you Ingram’s Fine Candies and I will see you soon!
