Customers Give AT&T High Marks in National Study

J.D. Power, with offices in Troy, gives the tech company highest ranking for customer care.

When it comes to customer care, AT&T gets the highest marks, according to the latest J.D. Power study released Wednesday.

J.D. Power, which has offices in Troy, reported that in the 2015 Wireless Customer Care Full Service Study, Volume 1, AT&T outscored other full-service wireless providers for the overall customer service experience. Approximately 6,500 U.S. wireless customers participated in the study between July and December 2014.

AT&T previously received this award in the second half of 2013 and first half of 2014.
