Enjoy jazz at its finest performed by the outstanding 30 plus-member Troy Athens High School Jazz Band at the upcoming Athens Jazz Band Dinner Dance on Thursday, April 19, 2012. Jazz styles from swing to bebop and fusion to funk will be performed by the entire band, as well as select combos, in a supper-club atmosphere in The Red Hawk Room at The San Marino Club.
This evening of excellent entertainment and a family-style dinner with soft drinks is $25 for adults and $15 for students. Doors open at 5:45 p.m., dinner is served at 6:15 p.m., and music and dancing begin at approximately 7:15 p.m. The deadline for reservations is April 12.
