But what happens when it becomes more difficult to age in place? Join our panel of experts in the senior care community to discuss options available to you. Being educated and pro-active in planning for care insures that you will be making appropriate decisions for care in the future. Representatives from an Independent Living Community, Skilled Nursing Facility, Home Care, Hospice and Memory Care will answer your questions and give you insightful information on how best to obtain long term-care for you or a loved one.
