Palm Sunday Cantata

On Palm Sunday, our Chancel Choir will be performing "Praise the God of Resurrection," an Easter Cantata featuring the music of four of today's most renowned church music composers - Mark Hayes, Lloyd Larson, Joseph Martin & Ruth Elaine Schram. This beautiful work traces the preordained path that Our Lord led during his final days on Earth - as was foretold that the Word became flesh and lived among us, Jesus' triumphant ride into Jerusalem, followed by His proclamation of the Eucharist to the Apostles at the Last Supper, and finally through the night of His passion in Gethsemane, and His crucifixion and resurrection in glory on Easter Sunday.
