Free MEDTalks Offer Insight into Pediatric Medicine and Research
Local Physicians and Scientists Are Advancing Discoveries about Pediatric Cancer
The public will have an opportunity to learn about pediatric cancer research being conducted by Children’s Hospital of Michigan and Wayne State University physicians and researchers at MEDTalks, a free educational program presented by Children’s Hospital of Michigan Foundation at 7 p.m. Wed., Nov. 4, 2015. WJR anchor Paul W. Smith will moderate a panel of pediatric specialists led by Madhvi Rajpurkar, MD, division chief of hematology at Children’s Hospital of Michigan and Wayne State University professor of pediatrics, and Jeffrey Taub, MD, oncology division chief at Children’s Hospital and Wayne State pediatrics professor.
