William Jones says he gave keys to Charles Anthony Stephens who murdered a mother of two and pawned her jewelry.

(Nov. 16, 2016) TROY, MI — Charles Anthony Stephens, who is already serving life in prison on a first-degree murder charge, will be sentenced Nov. 20 after he pleaded guilty to first-degree home invasion in the stabbing death of a wife and mother of two in her home in the Somerset Park Apartments last March.
