Howl-O-Ween Bash Lets Dogs in on Seasonal Fun
A Dog in the Park Walk will raise money for the Sandy Engle Pet Rescue.
If your dog loves dressing up — or rather, you love dressing up your dog — you won’t want to miss the Howl-O-Ween Bash from noon-4 p.m. Saturday at Lyon Oaks Dog Park, 52221 Pontiac Trail in Wixom.
The festivities include:
- Dog in the Park Walk to benefit the Sandy Engle Pet Rescue at noon. Registration is available at SandyEngelPetRescue.org
- Costume contests including most original, scariest, funniest and best dog and owner combo at 1 p.m.; “Dogs Got Talent” and howling contests follow
- Music with DJ Ray Trevino
- Free coffee courtesy of Biggby Coffee, Wixom
- Doggie De Lure Course: $5/run and $20/unlimited
Sponsors are Canine College in Farmington Hills, Biggby Coffee and Premier Pet Supply in Beverly Hills.
