Innovative Learning Group, a provider of custom training and performance support solutions, has added a new graphic designer to its team - Zach Swisher.

Swisher has more than 10 years of experience developing digital and print graphics for learning and performance support materials. Prior to joining ILG, he worked as a freelance designer with ILG's clients in the automotive, business services, chemical, consumer goods, information technology, and medical device industries. Swisher also contributed to the design and architecture of several adaptive online courses.
