As a project coordinator, Lauralei contributes to all aspects of ILG’s development process. She assists project managers with their administrative responsibilities, including forecasting budgets, creating contracts, managing project schedules, and coordinating review meetings.

Prior to joining ILG in 2018, Pariseau was a training and development intern at Rock Connections in Detroit; she worked with the associate vice president of training and development to create a self-paced learning platform to promote growth opportunities for team members.

Pariseau is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in learning design and technology, with a minor in dance, at Wayne State University. She expects to graduate in May 2019.
