Innovative Learning Group Receives Prestigious Learning In Practice Award from Chief Learning Officer

ILG wins award for its partnership with Ford

Troy-based Innovative Learning Group, a performance-first learning company, received a Silver 2017 Chief Learning Officer Learning In Practice Award in the category of Excellence in Partnership.

The award recognizes the strong partnership ILG has developed with the Digital Innovation Group at Ford Motor Company. Together, they are building multi-modal training solutions that range from traditional instructor-led training to just-in-time performance support and microlearning. The team also has designed and developed two separate learning portals: one focused on innovation and the other focused on the new systems engineering toolkit.

“We are honored to accept this award,” says ILG CEO Lisa Toenniges. “Our partners at Ford Digital Innovation help us to remove barriers, obtain resources, drive consensus, and ensure alignment. Their contributions led to this shared success.”
