Innovative Learning Group Receives Three Brandon Hall Excellence Awards

Troy-based performance-first learning company Innovative Learning Group has received three Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards. The awards recognize custom learning and performance support projects ILG completed with clients in the global healthcare and pet healthcare industries.

ILG earned two awards, a Gold and a Silver, in the Best Custom Content category with its global healthcare client. The Gold Award recognizes a custom, self-paced e-learning course that transforms an in-person boot camp into an on-demand experience using storytelling, animation, video, and interactive application to help learners apply employee-centric design thinking to real-world initiatives.

The Silver Award recognizes a strategic onboarding initiative that helps new medical hires build confidence, understand their roles, and develop cross-functional knowledge. The customized program combines e-learning, video, quick-reference tools, an interactive PDF, and gamification to create an engaging and flexible learning experience that sets learners up for long-term success.

ILG earned a Bronze Award in the Best Use of a Blended Learning Program category for its work with Mission Pet Health on an online degree program that helps veterinary assistants advance into veterinary technician roles. The program combines e-learning, digital textbooks, assessments, case studies, discussion boards, online lab activities, and mentor-led, hands-on skill development, with an emphasis on accountability, learner support, and practical readiness.
