Innovative Learning Group and TransUnion Receive ISPI Award of Excellence
Outstanding Human Performance Intervention Award of Excellence from the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI)

Innovative Learning Group, Inc. (ILG) and TransUnion (TU) have received an Outstanding Human Performance Intervention Award of Excellence from the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) for their work on TU’s Commercial University’s College of Products training program.
“This was a rewarding project to work on, and I’m proud to accept the award on behalf of the team,” said ILG CEO Lisa Toenniges. “The program was designed to help sales teams build confidence, deepen product knowledge, and align learning with business goals.”

On Tuesday, March 31, Toenniges and Isphording accepted the award on behalf of the team during ISPI’s 2026 Performance Improvement Conference, held in Nashville.
