It's Time for Kindergarten Registration in Troy Schools

Spring is around the corner and it's time for Kindergarten Registration

It’s Time for Kindergarten Registration

Spring is around the corner, and with that, it’s time to begin preparing for the 2019-2020 school year and the excitement that comes for our new Kindergarten students.

Do you have a child in your home or know of one in your neighborhood who is eligible for Kindergarten and will be five years old on or before September 1, 2019? If so, it is important that a parent call the attendance area school the child will be attending, and request that the student be added to the Kindergarten list. Once on the list, a Kindergarten enrollment packet will be sent via US Mail to your home, which contains vital information that will guide you through the entire enrollment process. If you live at an apartment building or are unsure of your attendance area building, please call Central Enrollment at 248-823-4002 or 248-823-4004, and they will be happy to assist you.

Through the month of February, Central Enrollment Staff will begin meeting with all incoming Kindergarten parents to complete the process. For additional information on enrollment, please visit the Troy School District website www.troy.k12.mi.us and click on “New Student Enrollment.”

The Troy School District is committed to providing the best resources available to prepare your student for their future, and we look forward to working with each of you and becoming an integral part of your child’s educational journey.
