Cass Community Social Services (Cass) fights poverty and creates opportunity for Detroit’s poor and homeless citizens. By shopping at Talbot’s at the Somerset Collection, patrons will support the agency’s mission and the thousands they serve each year.

Cass is helping change lives for the better. In the past six months alone the agency has grown their Green Industries initiative - recycling abandon tires to create mud mats and Detroit Treads sandals and creating glass tiles from recycled glass and wood. Cass is cleaning up the city while providing jobs for more than 80 people, many that had significant barriers to employment are now earning a regular paycheck!

Talbot’s is generously donating 10 percent of proceeds to Cass this Thursday from 6-9pm at their Somerset Collection store.
