Kirk Maltby to Help AT&T Celebrate Remodeled Troy Location

A Detroit Red Wings-themed family event geared toward celebrating the grand re-opening of AT&T’s concept store will kick off at noon on Saturday.

The Troy location, 2000 W. Big Beaver Road, now features a new entrance, which also allows a clear line of sight from Big Beaver Road, among other improvements. The innovative design is modeled after AT&T’s Michigan Avenue flagship store in Chicago. The Troy location, which originally opened October 2013, is the only one in Michigan with the new design.

The two-hour event will include an autograph session with former Detroit Red Wings player, Kirk Maltby and a live radio remote from WYCD-FM’s Dr. Don Carpenter.

There will be a balloon twister and a painter on hand as well as several giveaways, including Fox Theatre and Palladia ticket giveaways.

Everything to fit a mobile lifestyle can be found at the Troy location, including several specialty products not sold in other stores.
