Brother Fatally Shoots Sister Over Business Dispute In Macomb County: Police
A man fatally shot his sister Friday morning over a family business dispute in Sterling Heights, according to police.
STERLING HEIGHTS, MI — A man fatally shot his sister Friday morning over a family business dispute in Sterling Heights, according to police.
Police said officers found a 54-year-old Macomb woman with gunshot wounds on the 6000 block of 19 Mile Road Mound Road. Police said the woman was taken to a nearby hospital, where she died.
The brother, whose name was not released by police, was not injured in the shooting and remained at the scene, where police questioned him, police said.

Police believe the two were arguing over a business dispute at 9 a.m. when they both pulled out handguns and started shooting at each, police said.
Police were still investigating the shooting. Anyone with information was asked to call police at 586-446-2825.
