MSP Search For Two Children Kidnapped In Tennessee, Kentucky
Michigan State Police believe the kidnapped children may be in northern Michigan, possibly near near Harbor Springs.

GAYLORD, MI — Michigan State Police believe two children kidnapped from two other states may be in northern Michigan.
Officials said 32-year-old Jacob Clare from Beaver Dam, Kentucky abducted 16-year-old female Amber Clare in Kentucky and 3-year-old male Noah Clare in Tennessee.
After kidnapping the children, Clare began driving north, possibly en route or in northern Michigan near Harbor Springs, police said.

Officials believe Clare is driving a silver Subaru Outback with Tennessee registration plates.
The children were reported missing on Nov. 7 police said.
