MyFastbraces Opens in Troy with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

To celebrate the MyFastbraces opening, Troy Mayor, Dane Slater, performed a Ribbon Cutting ceremony on Friday, Nov. 14.

Dr. Donald Sabourin and Dr. Joel Hayden brought MyFastbraces, an authorized provider of Fastbraces Technology, to Metro Detroit when the duo opened the doors to a Troy location on Oct. 28, 2014. To celebrate the opening, Troy Mayor, Dane Slater, performed a Ribbon Cutting ceremony on Friday, Nov. 14, where he presented Sabourin and Hayden with an official proclamation to welcome MyFastbraces to the city.

To celebrate the grand opening, Drs. Sabourin and Hayden are offering MyFastbraces at a discounted introductory price of $3,499 through the end of the year.

MyFastbraces represents a breakthrough technology to traditional braces and teeth corrections at approximately half the cost, correcting teeth in roughly half the time, when compared to traditional braces.

Drs. Sabourin and Hayden originally started offering Fastbraces to patients in their Saginaw dental practice. Marketing the service offering solely through social media, the partners received overwhelming interest in Fastbraces, with some patients traveling as far as 50 miles away to get the treatment. They have now expanded the practice into Metro Detroit with the opening of an office that will solely offer Fastbraces Technology, where they expect similar explosive adoption.

The fast, safe and affordable solution relies on proven technology to move teeth quicker, more comfortably and more affordably than traditional braces. Traditional brackets move the tooth and allow the root to follow. Fastbraces moves the root and the tooth at the same time. Fastbraces realigns the root and crown simultaneously, which does not result in root absorption. With this technology, patients can realize much less painful, dramatic results in about a year — and in some instances, just 3 months!

Sabourin and Hayden have been partners since 2010. With 13 years of dentistry under his belt and a successful practice established in mid-Michigan, Sabourin has high ambitions to bring Fastbraces to southeastern Michigan initially, and beyond in months and years to come. Sabourin sees Myfastbraes as a solutionary method to traditional braces and teeth corrections, because the process solves the common problems associated with prolonged discomfort, lengthy duration of wearing the brackets, and their expensive price.

“We are very pleased to announce the launch of MyFastbraces in Metro Detroit,” says Dr. Sabourin. “After I realized the popularity of Fastbraces at our Saginaw location, I knew that the opportunity to expand into this region was one that I couldn’t pass up. Our goal is to become Michigan’s foremost Fastbraces practice.”
