New Business and Legal Issues to be Discussed at April 15 MSED Meeting

Attorneys Seth Ducker of Foster Swift, Collins & Smith and Jeff Lamb of Honigman Miller Schwartz & Cohn will help sales and marketing professionals to be proactive and prepared while navigating important new business legal issues at the Marketing and Sales Executives of Detroit (MSED) meeting, titled “The Problem of Yes!,” on Wednesday, April 15.
Ducker and Lamb’s informative presentation will give an overview on the legal considerations and contract issues that sales and marketing professionals need to consider when closing new business, including:

The event will be held at the Management Education Center, located at 811 W. Square Lake Road, in Troy. It will begin with registration and networking at 5 p.m., dinner at 6 p.m. and a presentation and Q & A at 7 p.m.
