North Oakland Concert Band Presents "Into a Strange Land"
The NOCB presents "Into a Strange Land" at 4 p.m. on Sunday, October 26, 2014, at Lake Orion High School (495 E. Scripps Rd., Lake Orion).
The first concert of the band’s 2014-15 season will take the audience on a musical journey into the unknown. The program includes eerie compositions inspired by witches, hobbits and mythical birds, and features an arrangement of John Williams’ spectacular music from the Star Wars trilogy. Admission is free; donations are appreciated.
