A 6-week workshop designed to help you improve your health
and manage symptoms to better face the daily challenges of diabetes. Learn to
deal with challenges of not feeling well, effectively talk to healthcare
providers, overcome stress, increase energy, handle everyday activities more
easily, set goals and more. PATH for Diabetes was developed and tested by
Stanford University. It is part of their Chronic Disease Self-Management
program. Sponsored by MSU Extension and Beaumont Health System. This workshop meets on 6 consecutive Thursdays (May 22 through June 26) from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The cost is $20 per person for the whole 6 weeks ($10 for second person from a household, sharing materials).
