Rep. Howrylak delivers farewell speech on House floor

PHOTO INFORMATION: State Rep. Martin Howrylak delivered his farewell address to the Michigan House of Representatives on Tuesday. Rep. Howrylak was first elected to serve the 41^st District in November 2012, representing residents of Clawson and Troy. He began his third and final term in January 2017.
