Rep. Howrylak to host consumer education event on Dec. 14

State Rep. Martin Howrylak of Troy is partnering with the Michigan attorney general's office to host a consumer education event on Dec. 14.

State Rep. Martin Howrylak of Troy is partnering with the Michigan attorney general’s office to host a consumer education event on Friday, Dec. 14. This month’s presentation will feature information on investment fraud and how to identify potential scams.

“Providing a learning opportunity for citizens of all ages is important when it comes to recognizing the warning signs of investment fraud,” Rep. Howrylak said.

There is no charge to attend and a light lunch will be provided. The event starts at 11 a.m. at Clawson’s Hunter Community Center located at 509 Fisher Court.
