Road Rage Ends in Fight in Troy Parking Lot: Watch
Laurie Storie says video backs up an assault that ended when an upset motorist hit her with her truck.
Troy, MI — Police in Troy say they’re still looking for a woman who allegedly attacked another driver, whose cellphone video of the confrontation was posted on YouTube.
The video shows the other driver following the victim, Laurie Storie, on Interstate 75 near Rochester as she drove to her dentist’s office in Troy around 9:45 a.m. on June 1. In a narration of the video, Storie said the woman had been tailgating, even when she sped up to 80 mph.

It didn’t hurt, Storie said, but when she stood in front of the truck to prevent the woman from leaving the parking lot, she allegedly hit Storie hard enough with her truck to knock her down before driving away.
In a Facebook post that includes pictures of her bruised and scraped-up arms and hands, Storie wrote:
“Then she turned the car around and came at me again. This time she hit my body again with the truck, knocking me to the pavement! I never was afraid for some reason, until I was on the pavement and I thought she was really going to run over me. Luckily she swerved to avoid running over me. Needless to say I didn’t get her license plate.”
Employees inside the dentist’s office called 911, but by the time police arrived, the other woman had fled. Troy police want anyone who recognizes the woman to call (248) 524-3443.
Troy Police Sgt. Meghan Lehman told The Oakland Press that investigators are still looking for the woman.
Storie wants her friends to share the video.
“Someone out there will hopefully see this and know who she is,” Storie wrote on Facebook.
