Run Through The Heart Of Troy In Fall Themed 5k

The race will run along Livernois, Big Beaver and the Civic Center Campus.

TROY, MI — The City of Troy will host a 5k run on Sunday, Oct. 24.

The 5k race will start at the Troy Community Center and run along Livernois, Big Beaver and the Civic Center Campus, to ultimately finish in the Community Center parking lot.

In addition to the 5k will be a 1k family run on the track next to the Community Center.

Check in for the 5k race starts at 7:30 a.m. with the race beginning at 8:30 a.m. The 1k run begins at 9:30 a.m.

All participants are encouraged to register by Oct. 1. to guarantee themselves a t-shirt.

Registration fees:

  • Now until October 17: $25 for 5K, $10 for 1K
  • Starting October 18: $35 for 5K, $10 for 1K
  • Day of Registration: $45 for 5K, $20 for 1K

The city is also encouraging participants to wear Halloween costumes. There will also be craft activities available for children in attendance.
