It was previously reported on this website that on December 5, 2014 the Michigan Paralyzed Veterans of America (MPVA) filed a Federal complaint against Oakland Township regarding potential violations to the Federal Fair Housing Act, the American with Disability Act, the 5th and 14th amendments, and potential violations of the State's Persons with Disability Civil Rights Act.On December 11, another Federal Complaint was filed. This time the Moceri/DM Investments LLC and former Township Supervisor Joan Buser filed it.
