Best webinar panelists discussing the legal, claims, and risk issues surrounding drones. Mr. Mitchell’s questions pertain to whether there are current, or proposed, federal statutes that address the ownership and use of drones; what the statutory limitations, if any, may be on the allowable space in which drones may operate; and whether the fact that there is public awareness of the potential misuse of drones creates potential liability (product based, or otherwise) for manufacturers of drones; and finally, does the doctrine of abuse and misuse insulate such companies from liability?
