Secrest Wardle’s Drew Broaddus Serves on State Bar of MI Council

Secrest Wardle Partner, Drew W. Broaddus, was recently appointed to the State Bar of Michigan Appellate Practice Section Council. The Appellate Practice Section of the State Bar of Michigan provides education, information and analysis about issues of concern through meetings, seminars, the State Bar’s website, public service programs, and publication of a newsletter.

Drew Broaddus currently serves as Chair of the Firm’s Appellate and Insurance Coverage Practice Groups. He has been a member of the State Bar of Michigan since 2002 and is licensed to practice in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Third and Sixth Circuits, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan, and the Eastern District of Michigan Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Broaddus is a member of the Michigan State Bar’s Appellate Practice and Insurance and Indemnity Law Sections. He has been named to the list of Rising Stars in Super Lawyers Magazine for 2012-2017. He was named by dbusiness Magazine to the list of Top Lawyers in 2017. Additionally, Mr. Broaddus has received an AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
