Secrest Wardle Welcomes Associate Brett Windecker to Troy Office

Brett P. Windecker is an Associate attorney located in the Firm’s Troy office. Mr. Windecker joined Secrest Wardle in 2017 and is a member of the Firm’s Motor Vehicle Litigation Practice Group. He has experience managing first-party PIP claims, complex priority disputes and insurance coverage issues from pre-suit through trial and appellate solutions.

Mr. Windecker received his Bachelor of Science degree in History and Political Science from Eastern Michigan University (cum laude) and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Windecker was a member of the National Moot Court Team and a Volunteer Student Moot Court Coach. He also earned the highest ranking in his Constitutional Law II and Civil Procedure – Jurisdiction courses.

Brett Windecker is licensed to practice law in Michigan. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2015. He is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association.
