Secrest Wardle Welcomes Associate D. Kyle Bierlein

D. Kyle Bierlein joins Secrest Wardle’s Troy location as an Associate attorney. Mr. Bierlein is a member of the Firm’s Motor Vehicle Litigation Practice Group. He possesses over five years of legal experience representing clients in matters pertaining to personal injury, premises liability, dog bite cases, and a variety of no-fault first and third-party automobile negligence claims, including claims for uninsured/underinsured motorist, trucking accidents, and traumatic brain injury matters.

Mr. Bierlein earned his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School in 2013 and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Oakland University in 2008. During law school, he was a member of the Wayne State University Law School Moot Court team and was awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. Mr. Bierlein also served as Chief Law Clerk for the Michigan Attorney General’s Office in the Children and Youth Services Division assisting in the litigation of child abuse and neglect cases in Wayne County, Michigan. Mr. Bierlein is licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2014.
