Secrest Wardle Welcomes Partner Heather A. Abreu

Heather A. Abreu joins Secrest Wardle as a Partner at the Firm’s Troy office. Ms. Abreu possesses nearly 10 years of experience in civil litigation and has represented clients in a variety of first and third party auto negligence, commercial liability, and property matters. Prior to her career in law, she worked as an English teacher and PIP claim representative. Ms. Abreu is a member of the Firm’s Motor Vehicle Litigation, Premises Liability, Insurance Coverage, and General Negligence Practice Groups.

Ms. Abreu is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan. She earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law school and holds a Master of Arts degree in English from the University of Illinois. Ms. Abreu is an active member of the Macomb Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, and Michigan Defense Trial Counsel.
