Shooter Fires Multiple Shots Into Troy Hotel: Police
The rounds struck a door and the outside walls of a hotel room that empty at the time of the shooting, police said.
TROY, MI — Police are investigating a Wednesday shooting outside a Troy hotel, Troy Police said.
Police said someone fired multiple shots into the Red Roof Inn on Rochester Court at 9:30 p.m.

No injuries were reported by police in the shooting.
Officers did find a handgun and shell castings from two different guns in the parking lot, but officers have not identified any possible shooters, police said.

Police said witnesses told them the shooter fled the area in a black SUV.
